Who am I?
Hi, I'm Jen and I live in San Francisco.
I was about 14 and just starting high school when my severe sweating started.
I tried anything everyone suggested in the hopes of stopping the excesive sweating. The embarrassing underarm wetness was especially unpleasant!
After a while, I resigned myself to dark coloured, loose-fitting clothing.
The hope that I would "grow out of it" grew dimmer.
But now that I've found how to stop sweating, I want to share it with everybody!
I started this blog to hopefully help others who have been in the same situation as I have been with with questions and concerns about the fasting diet.
Hopefully you will find some of the stuff I post on this site of use.
