Hey Jen here,
If you’re looking for the best way to stop excessive underarm wetness, then I’m glad you’ve found this website and I strongly suggest you keep reading…
Because this is my uncensored super-excessive long-term underarm sweating story.
The ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my goal of having dry, sweat-free pits!
I have always perspired a lot from my armpits. Even when I was just sitting in my room.. or at school.. putting on make-up.. doing my hair.. watching a movie.. hanging out with my friends.. I’d all of a sudden start sweating.. very heavily! It was weird because I’d sweat even when I was cold.
I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me.
I suffered having to wear only dark clothes so that the wet marks would not embarrass me for 18 years of my life. I know how it feels to not be able to wear tight shirts and cute tops because of Underarm Wetness.
Through my teen years I held on to the hope I’d grow out of it — I know other girls that did, but I didn’t.
In my early twenties, I used to sweat so much, even if was just standing there I would start to sweat! I’d get these two huge puddles under my underarms, and it was so embarrassing, specially when I wore fitted shirts. It was so bad it came up by my chest and you could see it. I couldn’t move freely because I had to hide it.
It used to bring my confidence down….really, really low.
I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it.
I surfed the web trying to find under arm wetness solutions as you have.
No antiperspirants ever worked for me except the aluminum-free adidas stuff which kept me dry for 2 hours longer than the rest but it wasn’t sold ANYWHERE anymore, at least around me.
I’d try to wear hoodies or jackets, but I really don’t like the whole baggy look and I’m a girl who really likes clothes.
I’ve always kept my armpit hair trimmed down to nearly nothing since I was 15, which was about the time I realized that my 24-hour deodrant was not lasting 24 hours!
I tried deodorants: dove, secret, suave, degree, even ban and they still wouldn’t hold back the sweating under my arms!
I got desperate and tried a few wacky methods like baking soda, or a warm tea bag under my armpit (thanks Nana) and it still didn’t work!
I had all but given up when I, by chance, found a book called: “Stop sweating, and start living.” by Mike Ramsey.
What really hooked me was his claim that his way was completely natural, no botox, injections, or more crappy anti perspirants!
I searched around for some reviews and everyone was raving about it so I decided to try it out.
I tried it.
And after a couple of days, it began to work.
And I was SOOO happy, you don’t even understand.
Around about the tenth day, it was gone. My pits were bone dry. HA!
To be honest, I couldn’t believe how well it worked.
So maybe I’m asking too much, but the only problem is that you really need to build the habit and do every single day…
…even though only takes 30 seconds to complete, it can be very easily integrated into your daily routine…
BUT you do need to follow the directions he gives and do it EVERY day. At least he’s honest enough to call it a “lifetime solution”.
I’m now 28, and I have to say if you follow Ramsey’s directions, it works! I’d rather do it and be dry for the rest of my life than contend with anymore wet armpits
I have to stop and check every once in a while to make sure that my pits are still dry, and I am amazed that even in situations where I normally would have sweat buckets my armpits are dry dry dry.
It’s sort of weird to feel hot and sweaty and have a dry armpit!
I hope you found this retelling of my story helpful, and I hope it will lead to the end of your underarm sweatiness days, too. Click here to check it out.
