Reduce Under Arm Wetness With Diet Changes

Wednesday, May 5th, 2010

Suffering from excessive Underarm Wetness?

Then you’re probably willing to do whatever it takes to get your sweat glands under control!

If you are like me, you’ve most likely spent countless hours searching for ways to stop your extreme perspiration.

One way that can be pretty effective in stopping excess perspiration is changing your diet.

1. Eat more fruit

Yes, that’s right – if you’re producing too much underarm sweat, you need to eat more fruit. Fruit is a key staple to our diets, but in general we just don’t eat as much fruit as we should.

It doesn’t really matter what kind of fruit you take, so just take as much of your favorite fruit as you like.

Not only will you reduce sweatiness and get your sweat glands under control, but you get the added benefits of becoming healthier and losing a few pounds in the process.

2. Up your daily dairy intake

Most dairy products contain high amounts of calcium, which plays a major role in your body’s nerves by keeping you calm during periods of nervousness and stress.

As you probably already know, stressful situations lead to excessive perspiration!

Calcium will help prevent your body from reacting too negatively to stress, so an increase in dairy product consumption will also contribute to a reduction in pit wetness.

Following the 2 steps above can make a huge difference in the amount of underarm wetness your body produces.
